Traditional construction formwork solutions including aluminum alloy formwork, plastic formwork and ordinary steel formwork have long-standing industry limitations: excessive dead weight, weak corrosion resistance, poor cross-system compatibility and short service life. Q700/Q550 High-Tensile Alloy Steel Frame

The entire panel frame is fabricated from 700-grade high-strength alloy steel, a breakthrough material within the formwork industry. Compared with aluminum and plastic panels bearing equal concrete lateral pressure, TB100 panels achieve remarkable weight reduction while maintaining superior rigidity and anti-deformation performance.

Full Electrophoresis Anti-Rust Treatment

Every frame undergoes full immersion electrophoresis coating, forming a dense protective layer to resist rust, abrasion and chemical erosion on construction sites, significantly extending reusable cycles and lowering long-term project costs.

Integrated Welded Frame Design

Precision full-welded steel grids are equipped with pre-reserved built-in tie holes and waler slots. No secondary cutting or drilling is required during on-site assembly, drastically speeding up installation efficiency. Each panel is embedded with 10mm plywood or composite face board for smooth concrete finishing.

The biggest competitive advantage of the TB100 series lies in its interchangeable conversion mechanism, a one-of-a-kind innovation in the global formwork market:

1. Dedicated conversion transition panels support straight and 90° angular conversion between 100-series steel formwork and mainstream 65-series aluminum/steel formwork, enabling mixed assembly of two different systems on a single jobsite.

2. Full compatibility with widely used plastic formwork brands (e.g., UO formwork) available in the market. Contractors’ existing formwork panels and hardware accessories can still be reused without full replacement, greatly cutting procurement expenses.

3. Multi-scenario applicability: one set of panels meets forming demands for vertical walls, structural columns and cast-in-place floor slabs.

3. Complete Standardized Component Ecosystem

Our engineering team has finalized a full set of standardized components with verified size, area and weight parameters during the R&D phase, covering all construction forming requirements:

3.1 Standard Wall Panels

A full size spectrum from small filler inserts (WP150×100, only 0.9kg) to large main panels (WP1350×900, 34kg), covering all modular layout combinations.

3.2 Conversion Accessories

  • Trans-Panels: Linear transition pieces for 100-to-65 system connection
  • IC & OC Corner Formwork: Internal and external angle moulds for column and wall joints
  • Trans-IC: Special angular conversion parts for 90° system switching

3.3 Upgraded Durable Steel Fittings

All matching hardware has been upgraded with thicker, wear-resistant steel: connecting handles, formwork bolts, straight waler bolts and tie rods. These updated parts feature longer service life and higher load-bearing capacity than conventional accessories.
